Social Media Pranskers Suspend a TX Teen to a Houston Yield Sign by Duct-Taping his Mid-Section to the Traffic Control Device ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet 17 y/o Miguel Chavez of Houston, TX.  That's him below...




On Wednesday, March 29, 2017 Miguel had his 15 minutes of fame, having become a local and social media celebrity after he was secured to a yield sign post next to a busy Houston, Texas roadway.




The prank was done voluntarily and without criminal intent after Miguel lost a bet  with his social media prankster over a Rockets-Warriors game basketball.




A video of the payback was immediately posted (you can watch the video by clicking here) and in it one of the pranksters can be heard yelling: "We're going to tape this boy up!" as he claps two rolls of duct tape together.  The video continues with Miguel standing on a stool next to the pole as his gleeful friends circle him, wrapping him in tape.





As soon as Miguel's midsection is completely secured to the sign his buddies kick the stool away, leaving Miguel suspended in mid-air. 




Miguel's friends laugh as they head off and can be heard yelling that "the police are here!".  At that moment an ambulance and other emergency response vehicles drive up.   When cops arrived on the scene they reportedly observed a man approaching the duct-taped teen armed with a knife and they were prepared to taser him under they realized that the stranger had only intended to cut Miguel free.




Later, describing the moment on Instagram, Miguel reportedly said: "At this moment I knew I fucked up. No one wanted to help me down.", and one of his prankster friends who was responsible for the stunt reportedly boasted: "Told this fool don't be #Betting against me. He ain't wanna pay up so we taped his ass up on the pole."  




Police helped get Miguel down, gave the teenager a lift home and no one was either arrested or detained after the incident.

Watch FL Road Rage VIDEO of Angry BMW Driver Punching in F-150 Driver's Window and then Pepper Spraying Pick-Up Driver in the Face ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Disclaimer:  I found the YouTube video (which you can see by clicking here) of this alleged Daytona Beach, FL road rage incident, but I could not find any corresponding local news stories to support it.  I did locate several non-local news reports and so as I comment below you should take it, as did I, with a grain of salt.  Still, there's no denying what you see with your own eyes...



On March 4, 2017 the subject video was posted to YouTube reportedly showing part of a road rage incident which occurred near Daytona Beach and which lasted for less than 45 seconds (but which could easily have ended much worse).  The video starts with a man who was driving a BMW exiting his car at a red light.



The video clearly shows the BMW driver walking purposefully over towards a F150 and proceeding to use his bare fist to punch the driver's window.




After punching the window once with his bare fist, on his second attempt the irate BMW driver then puts his hand straight through the glass...




and he then immediately begins to pepper spray the F-150 driver in the face.



The F-150 driver exits his vehicle in an apparent effort at defending himself...



And the pepper spraying continues...




As the BMW driver retreats the F-150 driver pops his hatch and retrieves some sort of a metal pipe.



The BMW driver quickly gets back in his car and is recorded high tailing it out of there while the F-150 driver takes a failed swing at the vehicle.



Memo to the Folks:  This could easily have ended way worse.  Thankfully no one had a gun.  Look, traffic sucks and FL driver's suck even worse.  And while it is Hell on our roadways it is worse in prison.  So....

Watch "Live Leak" Video Footage of a St. Petersburg, FL Cop Coming Unglued as a Rat Approaches him in a Hallway ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




The "Live Leak" video (which you can see by clicking here) is reportedly surveillance footage from a hallway inside of the St. Petersburg, Florida Police Department.




In the video you can see a beefy police officer walking by himself down a corridor when a rat skids around the corner, heading his way...




As the hauls ass down the corridor toward the officer he absolutely freaks out, flailing his arms, leaping backwards and sprinting down the hallway, away from the speedy rodent just as fast as he can until he is comfortably safe down the hallway. 




But what's priceless is what happens next...  





Once the officer was safe at the end of the hallway he is observed turning around, presumably to A) make sure that the rat is gone and B) to look around make sure that no-one saw him react like a frightened child.




Memo to the Folks:  Funny as it is I have to give him props (because, truth be told, he probably handled it better than I would have...)...




Memo to the Officer in Question:   I though that cops loved rats (snitches)!  Thanks for the laugh!

Handcuffed Prisoner Steals a Police SUV and Leads Cops on a 30 Mile Chase through Texas before Crashing down an Embankment ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Doubling Down on Trouble:  Handcuffed Prisoner Steals a Police SUV and Leads Pursuing Cops on a 30 Mile Chase through Texas before Crashing Down an Expressway Embankment



Meet Luis Alarcon Jr., that's him below...



Luis had been arrested arrested for drug possession by the Grand Prairie, TX Police Department and was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas for reasons unreported.  



Just after midnight on Thursday, February 24th 2017 a Grand Prairie, TX police officer had arrived at the hospital to pick up Luis.  Using a wheelchair the officer carted the shackled and handcuffed prisoner was taken outside and placed into a marked police SUV.  While the unnamed officer was returning the wheelchair to the hospital Luis somehow managed to work his way from the back of the police SUV into the driver's seat and take off.   Other Grand Prairie as well as two Dallas police officers, who happened to be at Parkland Memorial at the time of the incident, saw Luis driving off and pursued him for half an hour and 30 miles before the handcuffed escapee crashed the SUV into a grass embankment beneath the freeway near Haltom City, Texas.



Although the SUV was damaged there were no other injuries... unless you want to count Luis' booking slip, as when he was booked into the Grand Prairie jail it was not just for drug possession... Luis earned himself a slew of new charges including stealing a police car and evading arrest, in addition to his original narcotics charges.
